Staff development
At B.I.G we are committed to investing in our people to ensure they
are equipped with the right skills to do their job. We also believe
in empowering all staff with the knowledge, tools and skills to manage
change in their personal and professional lives.
Employees are encouraged to work out a personal development plan to
help them consolidate existing skills and acquire new ones.
An appraisal system is also in place, so that employees can discuss
priorities and agree objectives with their managers.
Pay and Rewards
At B.I.G we deliver a solid package of pay and benefits.
We offer competitive market pay rates, which are reviewed each year.
Individual pay may also be increased, or bonuses awarded, to reward
high performance.
Benefits include Private Medical cover and contributory pension scheme.
A share option scheme is also being investigated.
Involving and communicating
At B.I.G we are committed to involving everyone in the development of
the company and strive to develop active two-way communication.
At the leadership level our objective is to listen to input, ideas and
