Staff development
At B.I.G we are committed to investing in our people to ensure they are equipped with the right skills to do their job. We also believe in empowering all staff with the knowledge, tools and skills to manage change in their personal and professional lives.
Employees are encouraged to work out a personal development plan to help them consolidate existing skills and acquire new ones.
An appraisal system is also in place, so that employees can discuss priorities and agree objectives with their managers.

At the leadership level our objective is to listen to input, ideas and opinions from our employees, and we aim to keep staff informed about what's happening in the company through open and timely communication.
